Refund Policy We collect the $200 deposit to reserve your date and time slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the Captain, or if you cancel 14 days or more prior to the date booked. If you cancel your trip for any reason less than 14 days prior to the date booked, or a no-show, the $200 deposit is forfeited. If you prepaid for the entire trip, we will refund your money except for the $200 deposit. If the Captain cancels the trip due to Inclement Weather or any other unforeseen reason, the deposit and any prepaid amount of the trip will be refunded in full. |
