Bad Weather Protocol 1. Are winds 15 knots or less at departure time? 2. Are seas 4 foot or less at departure time? 3. Is the chance of rain 70% or less at departure time? If the answer to all of these questions is "yes", then we generally go. If borderline, we will discuss the situation with the party.
